Chef than Angela is
unlikely! Angela is constantly in motion - almost always for the
culinary cause, to which she is highly devoted and to which she
enthusiastically advocates.
Starting at a very early age in New York City, Angela can't
remember a time when she wasn't in the kitchen. She considers it a
true honor to have been trained by the able hands of her parents,
Elias and Fofo Stergiopoulos. Today, Angela is an expert Greek Chef.
Preparing cuisine passed down from generation to generation is her
greatest joy. And without question, her love for Greek tradition
shows in every dish she prepares.
When not in the kitchen, Angela loves to meet with her friends
and associates, especially those from the American Culinary
Federation. She also loves to relax with friends at a favorite
coffeehouse.
